Imagine being overseas and needing to sell your home that has been literally trashed by renters. That was our situation when we were referred to Leigh and "Staged by Design". By e-mail and across the globe, Leigh advised us as to what needed to be done at a minimum in order to help sell our home quickly. She recommended painters, cleaners, landscapers and such but never tried to hard sell us. We did a minimal staging of a vacant home with emphasis on the main living areas.To make a long story short, our tenants vacated on a Tuesday, the home was cleaned and minimal landscaping was done the next day, staging and furniture arrived by Friday and we held an Open House on Sunday. Within 8 days we had three contracts!
