Project Challenges

Preserving the vintage character and charm of this home, while highlighting its amazing features. We first provided a home staging consultation to the home owner in this occupied home to assist them in preparation for sale. The biggest issue was where to allocate the funds for renovation and what to do with the vacant Living Room, sparsely decorated Sitting Room, and to highlight the grandeur of their Dining Room. The home owners did a fabulous job of renovating the Master Bathroom and updating the Full Hallway bath upstairs, including removal of the pink tile and toilet.

End Result

Staged by Design partnered with a furniture rental company to furnish the Living and Sitting Room, and provided accessories for the remainder of the home. The results were a terrific combination of period pieces mixed with a traditional look that both the home owner and buyers loved.
