Staging Consultations This is a 1 ˝ hour to 2  ˝  hour process that involves reviewing each individual room of your home as well as the exterior, focus on maximizing the appeal for  prospective buyers. Throughout the process, we will be noting specific recommendations for your home, which may include de-cluttering, removing or re-arranging furniture, painting or minor repairs. You will be presented with a detailed report at the conclusion of the consultation. In addition, you will also have a “Top 10” priority list to assist you with the Staging process. We will also take photos and measurements of your property, and, if you wish, provide you with a bid for staging all or part of your home. The consultation also includes unlimited follow up via email and phone. We are here to help you sell your home every step of the way. Hands on Staging-Complimentary Estimate Provided Let us take care of turning your home into a house every prospective buyer will envy. We will Stage® your home using the existing furnishings, our own inventory, or rental furniture in some cases.  We are able to work within your budget, providing as much or as little as you need.  Once your home is Staged, it will be listed on the nationally recognized website, www.StagedHomes.com as an additional marketing tool. There is never a fee for us to come to your home simply to prepare a proposal. Move in Services Let’s face it, we all live busy lives.  Why wait until you’ve lived in your home for months or years before it truly reflects your personal style?  Let us beautifully arrange your furniture in your new home, assist in color selections and decorative accessories, so that it feels like home NOW.   Interior Redesign Don’t want to sell your home, but you’d still like a new look?  We will meet with you to determine the style and feel that you desire. We will then make it happen by creatively rearranging and accessorizing the furnishings you already own, or assist you in the selection of new pieces.
