Staging Consultations

This is a 1.5 hour to 2.5 hour process that involves reviewing each individual room of your home as well as the exterior, focus on maximizing the appeal for prospective buyers. Throughout the process, we will be noting specific recommendations for your home, which may include de-cluttering, removing or re-arranging furniture, painting or minor repairs. You will be presented with a detailed report at the conclusion of the consultation. In addition, you will also have a "Top 10" priority list to assist you with the Staging process.

We will also take photos and measurements of your property, and, if you wish, provide you with a bid for staging all or part of your home. Hands on Staging (Complimentary Estimate Provided)

Let us take care of turning your home into a house every prospective buyer will envy. We will Stage® your home using the existing furnishings, our own inventory, or rental furniture in some cases. We are able to work within your budget, providing as much or as little as you need.

Interior Redesign & Color Consultations

Don't want to sell your home, but you'd still like a new look? We will meet with you to determine the style and feel that you desire. We will then make it happen by creatively rearranging and accessorizing the furnishings you already own, or assist you in the selection of new pieces. In Fall of 2008, we gave Leigh the dual challenge of decorating our three floor home with two goals in mind - first, to begin to "stage" the home as it may go on the market in the near future but yet to decorate it for us to live in and enjoy now. We also wanted this done on a minimal budget and as much as possible using our existing furniture, pictures, etc. to use as much as possible. We were thrilled!

Leigh came in and gave us a step by step plan with everything needed to do. She prioritized so we would know what we really needed to do to sell vs. what we could leave as is. Finally, when I was too busy to actually get some things done that I wanted to do, Leigh came in with her team of experts and painted, made repairs, hung fans, pictures, mirrors, etc. Leigh and the vendors she works with provided quality work, excellent customer service and very reasonably priced. Finally, I would add that Leigh has an amazing gift for listening to what you want - your taste and your style - and bringing that to life.
