What we did
We added softness, texture and style to acknowledge the charm of this lovely home, while adding touchpoints of style that younger buyers would appreciate.
Creative space planning was needed for most of the secondary bedrooms to work within fireplaces and non-symmetrical windows.
The trick in the room with exposed beams was to add enough layers and color without using art unless it could be leaned on a surface, which was a unique challenge.

This home was a wonderfully updated historic era home, positioned with a small neighborhood of new build homes around it in Fairfax. Our role was to blend the character of the home with the younger demographic of the buyer.
