What we did
Unlike most resale staging projects, when dealing with a spec home, extra attention is paid to the utility areas of the home to create a welcoming environment and draw attention to the detail the builder uses in his builds.
We layered our high-end inventory to enhance the builder’s luxury finishes, creating a refined backdrop that highlights craftsmanship.
Inspired by the warm woods in the millwork, we used neutral, warm tones and layered textures to create a cohesive, timeless backdrop that elevates the space and translates seamlessly in high-end real estate photography.
